Associate Professor Karthigasu has extensive clinical experience and is committed to helping his patients to achieve the joy of parenthood.

Associate Professor Karthigasu is a gynaecologist with specialist training and experience in advanced laparoscopic surgery for fertility and endometriosis.
Associate Professor Karthigasu understands each individual is different and tailors his patients’ treatment plans to give them the best chance of realising their dreams of parenthood.
He is proud to offer all aspects of fertility treatment with a special interest in IVF.
He is currently Consultant Gynaecologist & Gynaecological Laparoscopic Surgeon at KEMH, Head of Gynaecology Endoscopy at KEMH and Clinical Senior Lecturer in Gynaecology at UWA.
Associate Professor Karthigasu places a large emphasis on communication so that his patients understand their choices and feel empowered to be involved in the decision-making process.
As a result he endeavours to conduct his consultations in a friendly and relaxed manner to reduce some of the inevitable anxiety that goes with seeing the gynaecologist.
